What types of projects do you support?
We support small construction contractors on public works and government projects (city, county, state, and federal) as well as large private and commercial builds. The admin burden is similar — compliance, submittals, and deadlines — and we handle it across both.
What's included in bid-ready support?
Bid-ready support includes complete RFP and specification review, proposal preparation and assembly, compliance checking, bid coordination, and submission support. The goal is a complete, compliant bid package that gets submitted on time.
What's included in post-award admin?
Post-award admin covers contract management, submittal processing, RFI management, change order administration, payment applications, certified payroll, and project closeout documentation.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing is tailored to each project based on scope and timeline. We provide flat, transparent quotes — never hourly billing with surprises. We're also currently offering limited-time pilot pricing to early clients.
How fast is your turnaround?
You'll always receive a quote within 24 hours of your inquiry. Deliverable timelines are set clearly during onboarding so you know exactly when to expect each piece of work.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. You can engage us per bid or per project. There's no long-term commitment — pay only for the work you need, when you need it.
How do we communicate and share documents?
You'll work with a dedicated support lead and get regular status updates. We integrate with your existing workflow and document-sharing tools, so there's no new software to learn.
Can you handle certified payroll and compliance?
Yes — certified payroll and compliance are core to what we do, especially for public works where reporting mistakes can hold up payment. We keep your filings accurate and on schedule.
